After the cruel blow at the end of Monday nights match, the question was, how would United react.
It was end to end as both sides tried for the opening goal.
It was United that broke the deadlock with a goal from Dickson.
Then once again United shot themselves in the foot when O'Neill gave away a penalty and was sent off for his troubles.
Cambuslang made no mistake from the sopt to draw level.

Half-time: United 1 - 1 Cambuslang

Could United hold on to get a point from this one, we soon found out that they were determined to get more than that.
Playing with determination and some fine football they once again took the lead when Steele, scored a great goal.
Rather than lie back on this lead they tried to increase it, but it was Cambuslang that got the goal to draw level once more.
Again these United players had other ideas about holding on and continued to strive for a third goal.
Their efforts were awarded when Glancy, fired them back into the lead.
Not long after they were unfortunate not to get a fourth goal when McAuley hit the post.
If only these United players had fought like this throughout the season.
